Does Wetwall need special sealants?
Yes. Wilsonart adhesive adheres Wetwall panels directly to existing tile or plasterboard/greenboard, while Wilsonartantifungal colour matched sealant finishes the waterproof bond and coordinates with each Wetwall design. Use of our Wilsonart Complete Adhesives and sealants are required to ensure the validity of our lifetime guarantee.

What material are Wetwall Mermaid panels made of?
Our Mermaid wall panel system consists of two panels made of a high-performance top design layer, a wood core in Plywood and a high-performance bottom layer.
In what configurations can Wetwall Mermaid wall panels surround a tub or shower?
Our bathroom panels are available as single panels, in several size options and can be fitted into alcoves, niches, cills and bath panels. With the option of a tongue and groove system and square edge panels, with trims our panels can extend beyond bath or shower surrounds to renovate bathroom walls and surfaces for a consistent surface style throughout.
Can Wetwall be used for floors and ceilings?
No, our panels are designed for wall and bath panel applications only.

Can I use Wetwall around windowsills and niches?
Yes a combination of different Wetwall panel configurations can be cut and assembled to create custom waterproof window cills and niches.
For UK mainland delivery, shower and ceiling panels are delivered for £45.00. This charge is levied by the manufacturers. The panels are heavy and extra-wide items and require a special vehicle for delivery thus minimising the chances of unnecessary damage.
We define the UK mainland as England, Wales and most parts of Scotland below the central belt. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any islands may require additional charges for delivery. Feel free to contact us to clarify for your address. In the case of additional charges being required, we will contact you after your purchase to organise the payment.
For orders of only shower panel accessories, trims or adhesives, we charge £25. If your order does not show this in full, we will need to charge you this subsequent to your order.
