    Great Pricing... Highly Frustrating Service

If you're considering buying from Puffin Bathrooms, think carefully about what you're really getting.

Yes, the prices might be lower — but what you save upfront, you may lose many times over in stress, delays, and a total lack of meaningful customer service.

My order arrived late as well as damaged — and even before anything arrived, I had to chase the company, who had promised a three-day delivery. Then the problems really started: delivery by instalment, damage, missing items, and just aggravation on a daily basis from a company and its supplier who seemed to think it was acceptable for me to take entire days off work to wait around for heavy, bulky items to arrive at random. No coordination, no consideration — just a total absence of professionalism.

The price we paid initially seemed very reasonable, and we were happy with the value on paper. But the key factor in choosing Puffin Bathrooms was their promise of three-day delivery — and we were seriously let down on this. It was a time-sensitive order with other trades booked in, and the delays completely disrupted our schedule.

I made repeated attempts to contact the business and resolve the issue, but responses were minimal — usually just a couple of lines redirecting me to the supplier, rather than actually engaging with the problem. Ironically, I’ve seen the owner reply to Google reviews in far more detail than he ever afforded me in any of my direct emails.

I ended up resolving the issue with the manufacturer myself, because the owner of Puffin Bathrooms acted completely deferential — as if he were just a passive middleman rather than the retailer responsible for fixing the problem.

This experience has cost me time, money, and no small amount of frustration. I’ve chosen not to go through the court system yet, because I need to move on — but I leave this review as a warning: the small savings are not worth the risk.

Martin Fallis, listed as the Director of this business at Companies House, certainly gives the impression that he is indifferent to the issues his customers experience. He hasn’t made any meaningful attempt to engage, resolve, or take ownership — and I can only assume that ignoring problems is part of the wider pattern of how this business operates.

If you’re reading this following a purchase and have experienced something similar to me, commiserations. If you are about to order, heed these words carefully.

Incorrect items delivered and awful service

I'm still waiting for the correct trims to be delivered and have been without a bathroom for a week now due to this - they've sent the incorrect size twice and damaged them once. Martin Fallis from Puffin Bathrooms won't answer the phone and hasn't responded to my latest email.
