We strongly advise against booking tradespersons for installation until you have received and fully inspected your complete order. Delivery times provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Puffin Bathrooms cannot be held responsible for any consequential losses resulting from delayed deliveries. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please do not attempt installation—leave it in its original packaging whenever possible and contact us immediately.
For UK mainland delivery, shower and ceiling panels are delivered for £45.00. This charge is levied by the manufacturers. The panels are heavy and extra-wide items and require a special vehicle for delivery thus minimising the chances of unnecessary damage.
We define the UK mainland as England, Wales and most parts of Scotland below the central belt. The Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and any islands may require additional charges for delivery. Feel free to contact us to clarify for your address. In the case of additional charges being required, we will contact you after your purchase to organise the payment.
For orders of only shower panel accessories, trims or adhesives, we charge £25. If your order does not show this in full, we will need to charge you this subsequent to your order.
