The panels go straight from Mermaid company. They've been delivered after 3 days from making order. The are good packed so don't worry about transport. They haven't been fitted yet but look very sturdy.

RECEIVED THIS AM GOOD PRODUCT BUT INFERIOR TO BOLD BEVELLED TILED FINISH PANELS [20MMX35MM TILE SIZE THAT I WANTED TO ORDER. PLEASE EMAIL ME WHEN AND IF THIS BECOMES AVAILABLE AGAIN
The panels looked way better than the sample or the pictures so I'm really pleased. Speedy delivery, arrived in perfect condition and these were much cheaper than anywhere else I could find supplying the same wall panel.

Multipanel is a great product and the service from Puffin was very good
This is the first time we’ve used mermaid board instead of ceramic tiles. We had it installed by professionals and it looks absolutely fabulous. It will be interesting to see how it wears over the coming years but the product does have a 15-year guarantee so it looks hopeful.
Absolutely delighted with the products and the excellent service provided by Puffin. Great value for money and will definitely look to use Puffin again!!!
